Ram Sharan Roy College (B.Ed) (a private institution) was established by Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Secretary of the Ram Sharan Roy Memorial Educational and Social Welfare Trust. The society recognized the need for sincere and dedicated efforts to address and nurture the basic educational needs of underprivileged youth from remote areas of Bihar. In response, the society established Ram Sharan Roy College (B.Ed) in the academic year 2016-18 to promote education, research, innovation, training, and entrepreneurship in education.

Presently, Ram Sharan Roy College (B.Ed) is a distinguished center of excellence offering B.Ed program. These programs are Recognised by NCTE New Delhi and affiliated to Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University Muzaffarpur.
